Our residential block management services extend to fulfilling the landlord’s obligations to individual leaseholders. We handle consents required for subletting, pet ownership, and leaseholder alterations proficiently, managing subletting, processing license to alter applications, and navigating the prescribed procedures involved in the sale of leasehold flats (such as deeds of covenant and licences to assign).
